Maroon 5 Concert in Cleveland OH Cancelled
Live Nation regretfully announces the Maroon 5 / Counting Crows performance scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 26 at Blossom Music Center has been cancelled due to routing issues. Tickets purchased via phone or internet (which includes fan club tickets) will have their account automatically credited. Tickets purchased at an outlet or box office can be refunded at the original point of purchase.

Idol Gives Back
Ellen DeGeneres will make an encore appearance with Ryan Seacrest as co-host of "Idol Gives Back," when the fundraiser airs on Wednesday, April 9, beginning at 7:30 p.m. on FOX.
Maroon 5, Gloria Estefan, Boys II Men and The Clark Brothers will join the previously announced musical performers. Money raised by the special will be donated to the Children's Defense Fund, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Make It Right, Malaria No More and Save The Children.
Previously announced celebs taking part include Bono, Brad Pitt, Reese Witherspoon, Miley Cyrus, Mariah Carey, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Fergie, Chris Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, Annie Lennox, John Legend and Snoop Dogg.

New Zealand Cancelled
Due to a schedule conflict involving a charity performance, Maroon 5 have been forced to cancel their April 6th concert at the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. The band sincerely regrets this unavoidable cancellation and wants to assure their fans that a rescheduled visit to New Zealand will be a priority at the earliest opportunity. The band apologizes to fans for any disappointment caused.

Maroon 5 have added to their gold reserves with a Grammy win for "Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals" for their blockbuster hit "Makes Me Wonder." Live Nation announced today the cancellation of Maroon 5’s October 30th show at Energy Solutions Arena in Salt Lake City and their November 2nd show in Portland OR at Portland Memorial Coliseum due to scheduling conflicts. Refunds are available at point of purchase. Fan club tickets will be automatically refunded and members do not need to contact the Maroon 5 S.I.N. Club.

So, here's the deal. We want your help with a video we're making for the song "Won't Go Home Without You." We're asking for video footage of you with the loves of your life. Friends, Lovers, Family, Pets, Musical Instruments... You name it. Whatever and whomever you love, we want to include footage of it in our video.
This is going to be a tribute to you and your life stories wherever they're happening around the world. Got any home videos of us in concert? Send em in too. We'll accept any format, although mini DV tapes are preferred. So be creative, have fun, and spread the love. Thanks a lot.

Maroon 5 regret to announce that due to a scheduling conflict they must cut their European tour short. In order to facilitate this, the band's 2007 touring calendar has been revised. This revision includes the following changes:

The video will premier as a "First Look" on MTV's TRL Tuesday - July 31st. TRL airs at 1:00pm EST.

In order to give fans the best possible experience for both The Police and the Miami club show, the Maroon 5 show at Studio A has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 11 at 3:00pm. Maroon5 will offer fans a rare and intimate acoustic performance. All original ticket holders will receive a refund for their tickets at point-of-purchase and will receive entrance into the show. Those who purchased tickets at the box office may turn their tickets in for a cash refund from now until July 11, 2007, if they are unable to attend. All fans who purchased tickets from the box office and will be attending must hold onto their tickets in order to gain entry to the show and will be given a cash refund prior to their entrance into the venue. All people who purchased tickets via the web may receive their refund prior to the show and will receive entry into the venue since their name will appear on the ticket provider's will call list as an original ticket holder. Maroon 5 Fall 2007 U.S. Tour Announcement!
Maroon 5 has announced plans for their 2007 "It Won't Be Soon Before Long" world tour, hitting 28 North American cities, with special guest The Hives, beginning September 29th in Detroit and concluding November 10th in Las Vegas. The band is partnering with climate change organization Global Cool in order to make the massive production "carbon neutral."
The Hives will be joining on all of the dates. Sara Bareillies will be opening in Detroit through Philadelphia, Kevin Michael in Boston through Salt Lake City and Phantom Planet join up for Portland through Las Vegas.

Maroon 5 is having a July 9th press conference at the House of Blues in LA, where they will perform a very special acoustic set. 25 S.I.N. members (+1 guest each) will be invited to attend.
Deadline is 12 noon PDT Monday to enter a random lottery where 25 S.I.N. members (+1 guest each) will be chosen to attend this unique event.
Here are the details:
- Submit your entry by 12 noon PDT Monday July 2 with your name, member number, and guest name. Winners will be notified via email by 2:00 PM PDT Tuesday July 3.
- All participants must be able to arrive at House of Blues on July 9 at 8:30 am. The performance will be in intervals between 9:00AM-11:00AM.*

Maroon 5's show at Studio A in Miami FL Postponed
If you haven’t heard already, Matt Flynn’s wife gave birth to the couple’s second child on Tuesday! In order to let Matt spend time with his family, we have decided to postpone the show at Studio A in Miami tomorrow night (June 9). The date has been rescheduled for July 10, following the band’s set as support for The Police. All tickets will be redeemable for the Studio A show on July 10 or refunds are available at point of purchase. Please call 512-389-0315 for additional information.
Members who purchased tickets through the S.I.N. Club must contact customer service (415) 575-6656 or cs@maroon5sin.com no later than Tuesday, June 12 at Noon PDT if you cannot attend and want a refund.

IMPORTANT: Minneapolis Club Show Information
We have some really happy news! Matt Fynn's wife gave birth to the couple's second child last night! Baby Michael Ford Flynn and mom are resting and doing great.
Matt isn't going to make it to Minneapolis tomorrow (June 7), but the band is going to do a special acoustic show and will be giving out a free band poster to everyone who attends. For those of you who decide not to see the show, refunds will be available on unscanned tickets at point of purchase the day after the show.
Anyone who purchased tickets through the S.I.N. Club will be receiving a separate email with specific instructions regarding refunds. If you have any questions regarding refunds for tickets not purchased through S.I.N, please contact Ticketmaster at 651-989-5151.

It Won't Be Soon Before Long UPDATE!
Maroon5 will release their much-anticipated sophomore album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long (A&M/Octone Records) worldwide on May 22nd. The follow-up to Songs About Jane is going to be "sexier and stronger," gaining inspiration from 80s icons such as Prince, Michael Jackson and Talking Heads.
Recorded at home in Los Angeles with producers Mike Elizondo (Fiona Apple, Eminem), Mark "Spike" Stent (Bjork, Keane, Gwen Stefani, Marylin Manson), Mark Endert (Madonna, Fiona Apple), and Eric Valentine (Queens of the Stone Age, Nickel Creek) the album is a louder take on the pop sounds of their first effort. As Adam says, "It's definitely aggressive, upbeat and pounding."
The first single, "Makes Me Wonder," is a hard hitting pop rock anthem which you'll be hearing shortly. Keep checking back for more updates on the new record.
