(1) Check your S.I.N. membership
Log into the Maroon 5 S.I.N. store and make sure your profile info is up-to-date. You must be a valid member on the day-of-show. If you're not yet a member or your membership expires before the show date, purchase a membership to extend your membership into the day-of-show.
(2) Select the show(s) for which you wish to purchase tickets
Check to see if your show is on sale on the Maroon 5 S.I.N. tour page. You may purchase tickets for as many different shows as you like, but you are limited to one order, two tickets per show, no more and no less.
(3) Complete your order
Your billing address must match the address that your credit card statements go to. Once you enter payment & complete your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Within a few days, you'll receive a second email with instructions detailing how to pick up your tickets. Unless otherwise specified, tickets are will-call on day of show, and proof of identity is required.

When do S.I.N. tickets go on sale?
S.I.N. ticket presales usually start a few days prior to the public onsale. Please check the Maroon 5 S.I.N. tour page frequently for presale dates & times. Details are updated almost daily. We frequently email S.I.N. presale reminders to those subscribed to the S.I.N. list.
How long will S.I.N. tickets be available?
S.I.N. tickets will be available for each show until tickets sell out or public sales start, whichever is first. We cannot predict how quickly tickets may sell out.
Do I order online or by phone?
We have friendly phone agents available to place your orders & answer questions Mon-Fri 10:00am-5:30pm Pacific Time at 1-415-575-6656. The hold times may be long when S.I.N. tickets first go on sale, so we recommend placing your ticket orders online for faster service.
Will I need a special passcode to order S.I.N. tickets?
No. To order online, you will need your regular S.I.N. login email address & password. This is the login info you chose when you purchased your membership. To order by phone, your six-digit member number (located on your member card) will speed you through. If you do not know your member number, we can still find you in the system using your first & last names.
Do I order S.I.N. tickets through Ticketmaster?
The Ticketmaster S.I.N. bundles are different than the S.I.N. tickets available through the Maroon 5 S.I.N. tour page. The seat locations listed on the S.I.N. tour page apply only to S.I.N. tickets purchased through S.I.N. We do not have details or passcodes for Ticketmaster or other presales.
Where will my S.I.N. seats be located?
S.I.N. sections and rows will be listed on the Maroon 5 S.I.N. tour page. You will not be assigned specific seats when you place your order. After all sales are complete, we will assign seating by seniority. The longer you remain a S.I.N. member, the better your seats. You will know your exact seat locations when you pick up your tickets on the night of the show. General Admission shows have no reserved seating. This means you do not have a specific seat assigned to you. In most cases, there are no seats on the floor and it is standing room only with proximity to the stage being on a first into the venue basis.
When will I receive my S.I.N. tickets?
We do not mail tickets. S.I.N. tickets will only be available for pick up at the venue will call on the day of the show. Hours vary, but tickets are generally available around 90 minutes before show time. A photo ID is required.
Can I have a friend pick up my S.I.N. tickets?
No. S.I.N. tickets are non-transferrable. This is to prevent scalpers from buying up the good tickets & jacking up the prices.
I changed my mind. Can i get a refund or exchange for other tickets?
No.
What's up with the other pre-sales?
