To Purchase Tickets
To purchase Priority tickets you must; 1) be a valid S.I.N. Club member, 2) be a valid S.I.N. Club member at the time of the performance. S.I.N. Club tickets are available for pick up at the venue box office Will Call Window the night of the show ONLY (unless otherwise stated), and only in the name of the S.I.N. Club member. Please do not purchase more than one membership in your name in order to purchase more than one pair of tickets per show. Tickets will be listed under the first and last name of the MEMBER only, and duplicate orders and memberships will be cancelled.
Dates On Sale
Keep up-to-date by calling the S.I.N. hotline at (415) 575-6656 on a regular basis or by visiting our Web site at
www.maroon5sin.com. Tickets are sold on a first-call, first-served basis and a set number will be held for each show. S.I.N. Club ticket sales will conclude 30 days after the on-sale starts or when the S.I.N. Club ticket hold is sold out. The ticket program applies only to shows where Maroon 5 is the headliner.
Ticket Availability
You may purchase two tickets per show (no more or less*) and to as many available shows as are available. S.I.N. Club members are not guaranteed tickets for any show. The quantity and location of S.I.N. Club tickets are sometimes restricted by the venue. S.I.N. Club ticket sales will conclude 30 days after the on-sale starts or when the S.I.N. Club ticket hold is sold out. (*Note: There may be specific circumstances where this policy is amended and only one ticket per member will be allowed).
Seat Location
Although we will have tickets for every show (whenever possible), there is no special S.I.N. Club section at general admission shows. When reserved seating applies, tickets are generally within the first third of the venue (under normal conditions). Whenever possible, we will give you the general parameters of the S.I.N. Club ticket hold at each venue however, we cannot give you the exact row and seat numbers for your individual ticket order.
Seat Assignment
Once a show is closed, we take the list of S.I.N. Club members who have purchased tickets for that show and randomly select names to fill the S.I.N. Club seats that are held in the first two rows of our hold. All other seating is assigned by the Seniority System (members who have been in the S.I.N. Club the longest receive the closest seats). The time you call us or pick up your tickets from the box office the night of the show has no bearing on where your seats are located.
Payment By Credit Card
To purchase tickets with a credit card call customer service at (415) 575-6656 Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m (Pacific Time) or order with your credit card online by visiting our S.I.N. Store. If the card you are charging to is not in your name, you must get permission from the card holder. A service charge and a processing fee will be applied to your order.
Payment By Mail
If you do not have access to a credit card, you can purchase your tickets through the mail with a money order. Before you send in your money order you MUST call customer service at (415) 575-6656 so we can give you the correct ticket price and our street address. (You cannot order online with a money order.) Your tickets are not guaranteed until we receive and process your money order and you receive your confirmation email, so it's best to get your money order to us as soon as possible. We recommend Federal Express sent to our street address which a customer service representative will provide to you. Remember - you must pay with a money order only. Personal checks will be returned.
Ticket Confirmation
Once your ticket order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days. Do not assume that your ticket order is confirmed until you receive your confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within the time specified, call customer service immediately. Upon receipt of your e-mail confirmation, check over the information to make sure it is correct (your name, date of show, city, etc). If there are any discrepancies, call customer service as soon as possible. It is not mandatory that you present this email to the box office but you must present a photo I.D.
Picking Up Tickets
To pick up your tickets bring your photo I.D. to the "Will Call" window at the box office of the venue. Tickets are generally available about an hour and a half before the concert the night of the show. Tell the box office staff that you are on the S.I.N. Club Will Call List. Remember that all sales are final and tickets are nontransferable. Tickets are not sent to you through the mail and are left at Will Call to prevent scalping and to ensure that only S.I.N. Club members are receiving preferred concert tickets. For reserved seating shows, the time you arrive at the box office to pick up your tickets has no affect on where you will be sitting as tickets have already been assigned to individual S.I.N. Club members.
Cancelled/Postponed or Relocated Shows
Concerts or events are occasionally cancelled, postponed or relocated by the promoter, venue or artist. Should this occur, we will post information regarding the cancellation/postponement/relocation on the S.I.N. Club web site and also send you an email (if time permits) notifying you of the cancellation/postponement/relocation.
If the show is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the face value of the tickets, the facility fee (if applicable) and the convenience fee, in some instances. In no event will the handling fee or any other fees or amounts be refunded. These fees are not refunded as they are used to cover the expenses already incurred by the S.I.N. Club in facilitating your ticket order. In most cases, if a credit card was used to make the purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
If the event was not cancelled but was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoters', or venues', instructions and/or deadlines. The decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange may be at the promoters' or venues' discretion.
Please note that if you purchase a S.I.N. Club membership or merchandise at the time of your ticket purchase, and the show is cancelled, you will be refunded for the ticket portion of the order only. S.I.N. Club Memberships are non-refundable. In the event of cancelled or postponed shows we will not be responsible for any loss, cost or damages other than the refund of the amount of the tickets. This means you will not be compensated by us for any other expenses you have incurred with respect to the concert, including but not limited to travel expenses.
Description of Terms
- Face Value of a Ticket
The face value of a ticket is not determined by the S.I.N. Club but instead by the promoter, venue or artist and is the actual price of a ticket.
- Facility Fee
The facility fee varies from venue to venue and not all venues charge a facility fee. The S.I.N. Club remits this fee along with the face value of the ticket to the promoter or venue box office when purchasing S.I.N. Club tickets. The S.I.N. Club does not retain the Facility Fee.
- Convenience Fee
This fee covers costs involved in processing your ticket order. Most ticket outlets charge a convenience fee. There is typically no convenience fee if you purchase tickets by driving to the venue box office, but you cannot purchase S.I.N. Club tickets at the venue box office.
- Handling Fee
The order processing fee covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when you purchase the tickets online or by phone. This charge includes services such as taking and maintaining your order in our ticketing system, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating with the box office will call for ticket pickup by the S.I.N. Club member the night of the show.
Resale of Tickets
You may not resell the tickets you purchase through the S.I.N. Club. Tickets will be under the name of the S.I.N. Club member only. Tickets are non-transferable. If any S.I.N. Club member is found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that they purchased through the S.I.N. Club, the S.I.N. Club may, at its discretion
(i) cancel such Member's membership (without refund)
and/or
(ii) cancel such Member's ticket order and all other pending orders of such Member and refund the total price for the tickets minus all processing fees.
