S.I.N. CLUB EXCLUSIVE: Once again, Maroon 5 is reserving General Admission standing tickets exclusively for S.I.N. Club members. These tickets place S.I.N.ners up front in the pit! M5's way of saying thank you for being such awesome & loyal fans!

TICKET LIMIT & POLICIES: Please read these important policies:

• General Admission Pit: Strict 2-ticket limit. Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets must be collected at the box office Will Call window on the evening of your concert. You must present a government-issued photo ID for verification, and you must put on your wristband (for pit access) prior to entering the venue.
  
  Pit wristbands are non-transferable and will be applied on each confirmed guest before entry into the venue. Anyone found to be passing off a wristband to other concert goers will be escorted out of the venue.
   
• Reserved Seats: TICKET PURCHASE LIMIT: Premium package subscribers receive a code with a 6-ticket limit (MCLP or MCJP). Standard package subscribers receive a code with a 4-ticket limit (MCLS or MCJS).
  • You may purchase tickets for multiple shows, up to your designated code limit.
  
  
  • Reserved tickets will be mailed shortly after your purchase per the ticketing agent's delivery policies.
  
  
  • Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets offered through the S.I.N Club pre-sale are intended for the benefit of our subscribing members. You may not transfer your tickets to another person.

VIP PACKAGES: Both Legacy and Junior members will begin access @ 10am. By special arrangement, S.I.N. Club members will receive courtesy 2-hour early access (10am-12 noon) to official M5 VIP Packages before packages become available to other groups.

HELPFUL INFO:

• Legacy member access begins at 10am, and Junior (new) member access begins @ 11am.
  • Legacy status is granted to members who maintain a continuous membership of at least two years or longer. If you have a break in your subscription, then you lose your Legacy status.
  • How do I know if I am a Legacy member? Login and go to your profile page. Your member info will indiate if you are a Legacy member.


• Active members, login to maroon5sin.com and click to the TOUR section. You will find your unique presale code displayed at the top of the page.


• Scroll down to your show date and click the GET TICKETS or VIP PACKAGES button to go to the ticketing page.
