Answer:If you already have a registered free account: Login and click the UPGRADE button at the top of the screen. You will be asked to verify that your profile information is current and accurate. After your click the 'SUBMIT' button, you will be taken to the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code once more and click the 'APPLY' button to set your cart amount to $0.00. Continue your order to complete the free transaction.
IMPORTANT : Please note that the purchase of the Maroon 5 S.I.N. Club fan club bundle counts as your access to the S.I.N. Club ticket pre-sale. Upon redeeming your membership, you will not receive additional codes to participate in future pre-sales.
Question: I don't have a credit card. Can I purchase a membership with a check or money order?
Answer: No. At this time, we only accept credit or debit cards for payment.
Question: What is Legacy Membership status?
Answer: To qualify for Legacy member status, a member must complete one year of paid membership, and must renew before his/her subscription expires. So long as the member maintains an uninterrupted term of service, he/she will preserve his/her Legacy member status.
Legacy members receive first-access to ticket pre-sales for Maroon 5 headlining concerts, along with access to special promotions.
IMPORTANT: It is each member's responsibility to renew his/her membership prior to expiration. The S.I.N. Club sends out courtesy renewal reminder emails in the final 30 days of a member's subscription period, but we are not responsible for undelivered emails.

Question: How will I receive my tickets?
Answer: Pre-sale tickets are sent out well in advance of the show. If you haven't received your tickets 48 hours prior to your show, please call the ticketing provider's customer service department.
For VIP Package offers, please read delivery details carefully. In some instances, there will be a WILL CALL pick up requirement. This means you will pick up your tickets at the venue box office, on the evening of the concert.
Question: Can I resell my tickets?
Answer: No. Tickets offered through S.I.N. Club pre-sales are not transferable. Reselling tickets may cause you to lose your membership benefits.
Question: Can I purchase pre-sale tickets by telephone?
Answer: No, we host Internet-only sales.
Question: My ticket pre-sale code does not work. Who may I contact for help?
Answer: When you are on the ticketing site, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. These invisible characters cause the system to produce an error message. Question: How many tickets can I buy?
Answer: The general ticket purchase limit is: 2-ticket maximum for General Admission Pit tickets for all member levels; 4-ticket maximum for Standard memberships; and 6-ticket limit for Premium memberships. We monitor sales, and any purchasers found to be abusing the ticket purchase limit will have their ticket orders and membership canceled, and memberships terminated without refund.
Paid membership is not a guarantee to purchase a ticket. Access to tickets is subject to availability, offered on a first-come-first-served basis. If your first show option is not available, you may select another show date to locate available ticket inventory.
