Cairo show postponement

Maroon 5 has announced that, due logistical issues, the band will be postponing their upcoming concert in Cairo, Egypt scheduled for April 19. The date, arranged in support of the group's latest album, Hands All Over, is part of a worldwide concert tour that started in July of last year and is scheduled to run through early 2012.

"We would like to apologize to our fans in Egypt," said lead singer Adam Levine. "We are extremely disappointed that we're not able to commit to traveling to Cairo at this time. The guys and I hope to make it back over there later on this concert tour and we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused."
